Highlights
of HIFERM technologies
Engineering forms the backbone of our delivery program. We follow stringent
international standards like DIN 8777 for brewhouse performance, ASME,
AD-Merkblatter for pressure vessels, ISA and CE standards. The design team
works with customers to identify the need for design enhancement in various
systems with a view to reduce energy and other operating costs. This
provides a competitive advantage to our customers. The unique design of Wort
Boiling Kettle was conceived by this team.
We design and install the following vessels/equipment for Brewery
Brew House vessels including Lauter Tun, Mash Kettle, Wort Boiler,
Whirlpool, Filtration & CIP Systems, Process Automation and Fermentation
Tankfarm.
HIFERM
for sugar bearing substrates
Input characteristics like fermentable sugars in substrate, pH, caramel and
volatile acid content influence performance of an alcohol plant and the
resultant wastewater volumes. Our process engineering team considers all
these variables while designing and engineering plants, equipment and
systems for fermentation. This results into a rugged alcohol plants, alcohol distillation plants and industrial alcohol plants ensuring reliable and consistent operation.
HIFERM for starch bearing substrates
Our experience covers a wide spectrum of starch-based raw materials like
rice, wheat, sorghum, corn, bajra, cereals and tubers like cassava/ tapioca,
etc.
Multi-feed Fermentation Module
If you wish to operate the distillery throughout the year, based on
availability of seasonal raw materials, multi-feed fermentation module makes
it possible. This module can process cane molasses/ beet molasses/ cane
juice as well as starchy raw materials such as grains, tubers, etc. The
process and equipment are designed to operate as 'integral module' in the
existing plant.
Highlights of ECOFINE Distillation technology
- Multi-product distillation system to produce international grade
products viz. industrial, potable and anhydrous alcohol.
- Energy conservation through multipressure distillation.
- Maximization of production by using vacuum / multipressure
distillation technique.
- Plant automation based on PLC/DCS system.
- Consistency in product quality.
